Ponz Hotel

Wir hatten gerade eine tolle Woche im Ponz Hotel. Es hat die perfekte Lage! 2 Minuten zu Fuß zum Ladies Beach, wo es die unglaublichsten Restaurants entlang des Strandes gibt und jeden Abend ein unglaublicher Sonnenuntergang. Die Hotelangestellten sind alle so nett und immer so freundlich und hilfsbereit. Mein Freund kam wegen einer Zahnbehandlung und sie waren einfach brillant. Das Zimmer ist riesig und hat einen Balkon, alle Zimmer blicken auf den Pool. Vor der Tür sieht man jeden Tag einen wunderschönen Sonnenuntergang. Ein sehr gutes Geschäft gleich neben dem Hotel mit allem, was man brauchen könnte. Ein schöner Spaziergang in die Innenstadt von Kusadasi, aber wenn Gehen nicht Ihr Ding ist, hält der Bus direkt am Hotel oder ein Taxi kostet nur 200 Lira (ca. 5 £). Wir hatten nur Übernachtung und Frühstück, da wir abends ins Strandrestaurant gehen wollten. Das Frühstück ist etwas begrenzt, also könnte es etwas abwechslungsreicher sein, selbst wenn es nur frische Omelettes/Rührei und Toast gäbe, vielleicht? Aber es war ok. Wir würden zu 100 % wieder hierher kommen und wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen, großartig für das, was wir wollten. Die Lage war für uns einfach perfekt und der Pool hatte den ganzen Tag Sonne. Der Poolbereich war sauber, das Wasser kristallklar und es gab einen tollen Rettungsschwimmer vor Ort. Ich würde dieses Hotel definitiv nicht empfehlen, es gibt absolut nichts für die Gäste und auch nichts wie in den Bewertungen! Es sollte eine Poolbar sein, aber so etwas gibt es nicht, keine Atmosphäre im Hotel und außerdem wurden mir 50 € dafür gewechselt, dass ich Make-up auf den Kissenbezug bekommen habe, da mir gesagt wurde, dass es nicht meiner ist, der sich schminken darf! Außerdem hat mein Partner eine Jacke im Kleiderschrank liegen lassen, ich habe sie sofort kontaktiert und sie sagten, sie sei weg. Übernachten Sie nicht hier, wenn Sie Ihren Urlaub genießen möchten! WENN wir die Bar nicht gehabt hätten, wäre unser Urlaub eine Katastrophe gewesen, Gott sei Dank für die gute Gesellschaft, denn dieses Hotel ist eine Schande

Schönes Zimmer und das war’s auch schon! Das Schlimmste ist, dass in der Broschüre steht, dass das Hotel rauchfrei ist, aber das ist eine totale Lüge! Aschenbecher in den Zimmern und Rauchen an den Restauranttischen während des Essens! Das Essen ist jeden Tag dasselbe. Die einzigen Getränke sind Tee, Kaffee oder Wasser. Für alles andere muss man bezahlen. Ich bin verärgert und verärgert, weil ich das Hotel wegen des Rauchverbots gebucht habe, aber das ist ein totaler Verstoß gegen die Beschreibung in der Broschüre!

Things started off badly with a toilet in the bathroom of one room that was not secured to the floor in any way. The other room the air conditioning was not operational. The information pack in the room on arrival stated different prices to what you got charged in the hotel. Had a meeting with the manager to sort all this out and the areas of concern were corrected. Not the best atmosphere in the hotel and this got worse the day before we were due to leave when we were thrown out a day early when my documents clearly stated the following day as departure. Travelled many places with LOVE HOLIDAYS but have never been treated in this manner. Get a life and yes you ruined our holiday thank you THE PONZ.

Lovely location 5 mins walk to ladies beach,breakfast and dinner buffet style (not a cooked option at breakfast,no toast just continental) Small choice at dinner but very tasty,staff friendly and maids are amazing ladies(always a hello with a friendly smile)👍 Beds comfy,room was massive with lovely size balcony overlooking the pool.😍 Pool great size (only downside there's no pool bar) Carrefour over the road for snacks drinks etc, dolmus stops right outside to go into centre only 15TL. Cheers bar across the road never had a chance to visit but they were always busy and they have good reviews. Stayed a week and I really enjoyed my time here,clean,central to everything. So if you're looking for a basic value for money hotel, highly recommend it ♥️ Michelle Ward

Went to this hotel for a quite peaceful week needed a nice relaxing holiday we were having a few relaxing day until unfortunately a bus load of 8/9 year old boys and their teachers came to stay at the hotel for the weekend. They took over all sun beds and diving into the pool they were so noisy we had to leave the pool. So we went to reception and a young receptionist came to speak to us told us it was out of their control and their was nothing they could do about it. We asked for compensation as we had to leave the hotel but she wasn’t nice to us and told us to take it up with Loveholidays the crowd we booked with So before u decide to book this hotel make sure u ring them to check their bookings We had to leave at our own expense but i guarantee you I won’t be recommending this hotel to anyone who wants a peaceful relaxing holidays. We heard from guests we met there that the boys were meant to be out most of Saturday but they were back by 2pm and took over the pool area again Never 👎 go back to that hotel again Management couldn’t care less about the customers. Shame on them

The location being so close to the beach was amazing. The staff are very helpful when you need anything they are happy to oblige. Our room was cleaned everyday, fresh towels etc. Hoping the housekeeping staff got the tip I left for them. The lift was very slow and can only hold a certain weight capacity but with being on the 5th floor we had no choice but to wait for it. Wifi not so good. Please feed the dogs and be nice to them🐶

Me and my family stayed here for a week in August, the pool area and rooms are lovely, clean and spacious. All facilities were great and couldn’t fault them. However, we booked for bed and breakfast but didn’t have breakfast once due to the awful smell of the kitchen/buffet area, it smelt horrid and put us of eating here. Apart from this we loved the room and pool area. Also visit the Cheers Bar opposite this hotel, amazing food and amazing service, by far the best restaurant in Kusadasi.

Accommodation was good, the apartment we had was poolside, which was great for the family. AC is a must, and very much appreciated during the hot months. Staff were always helpful and friendly and could not do enough to help. Really enjoyed our stay I’m definitely go again.
